Today, May 26th beginning at approximately 10 a.m., a local production company will be filming a movie segment at 480 Columbia Street, at the Nissenbaum Auto lot. The filming will include intermittent and controlled pyrotechnics and explosions, which will be closely supervised by Fire Marshals and public safety officials. As a result of this film shoot, there may be intermittent noise throughout the late morning and early afternoon, until approximately 2 p.m. The film crew and local officials will work to minimize any noise disturbances, but please be advised that you may hear the sounds form several explosive detonations during this period today.
